SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • International: 10 to 20 business days

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and customs processing.

Shipping Carriers We work with international shipping carriers to deliver your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. KOVA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hechopordon.manuel@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, natural events, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify as grounds for automatic refund or replacement.

Incorrect Address It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. KOVA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
